Biblical understanding about Israel
Help the Jews at home
Our brances wordlwide support a variety of organisations, individuals and projects in Israel. Our goal is to help the Jewish people to become truly rooted in the land. See below:
Survivors of terror
Hineni fulfils an important role in the help for survivors of terror. Representatives of Hineni visit the victims and their families in the first hours after the attack. After some time. When the physical situation of the victims has improved, often psychological problems appear; Hineni provides therapy and practical support to the suvivors and their families.
Children & Youth Israel
- Jaffa Institute
David Portowicz dedicates his life to the maintenance of young people aged 2-14 years, in Jaffa, Beit Shemesh and Jerusalem. The children are forced to leave their families to escape situations of neglect, violence and sexual abuse. Years ago the Jaffa Institute has started with a handful of children, nowadays, 5.000 children are helped on three different places. Some of these children have sisters, who work as prostitutes, or brothers addicted to drugs, or parents without a job or ill.
Savyon Center for Jewish Studies
“Let my people know”. This is the basic idea behind the centre of Rabbi David Brodman, a non-political and independent organisation, who teaches children from different parts of Israel that the God of Abraham Isaac and Jacob is also their God.
Isreali communities Judea and Samaria
- Christian Friends of Israeli communities
The goal of CFOIC It is to reach out, to educate the church, to teach about Jewish history and particularly about the Jews currently living in Biblical Israel – the communities of Judea and Samaria (and previously Gaza). With the help of CFOIC, thousands of Christians have provided financial support for community projects.
If you wish to make a donation for one of these projects, please contact your local branch, or the Christians for Israel International office at firstname.lastname@example.org
