Help your fellow Christians to discover God’s purposes for Israel...
The mission of Christians for Israel International is to teach Christians worldwide about God’s purposes with Israel – and what that means for us Christians in today’s world. Co-ordinators have been appointed in many countries to develop this ministry. Meet the people with a passion to share the mystery of Israel!
South East Asia
In the past couple of years the Lord has opened a number of doors for our ministry in South East Asia. The book "Why Israel?" has been translated in to Chinese (simplified and traditional forms), and 10,000 copies have been distributed in the underground churches in mainland China. Our President Rev. J.J. Willem Glashouwer has spoken to many groups and churches throughout the region.
At present we are working on two new projects: organising seminars and workshops for church leaders in various countries in the region such as Malaysia and Singapore, and a new Chinese-language version of the newspaper "Israel & Christians Today".
Henk Kamsteeg, Co-ordinator for South East Asia: "The response we received to the Chinese edition was very encouraging! We are now in contact with a number of Chinese christians in the region to discuss the possibilities for producing more editions of this Chinese-language newspaper, in both simplified and traditional forms. The Chinese churches in New Zealand are opening the door to the church in Asia!"
