Exactly two years ago, on October 7th, Israel was shocked by an unprecedented Hamas attack. One of the hardest-hit places in Israel was Kfar Aza, a kibbutz near the Gaza Strip. Hadas Eilon Carmi hit here in a safe room for many hours with her family, while the massacre took place outside. Two years later, we speak with Hadas about that day, the loss of her brother Tal, how her life has changed since then, and whether her life could ever return to “normal.”
