Abraham failed in his prayer to save Sodom and Gomorrah. However, he had not prayed for the sinners in those cities, but for the righteous ones, for those who had no deserved to be killed by the wrath of God together with those who had obviously deserved it. Thus, Abraham saved Lot and his family, according to the biblical text. What does this tell us for our situation today?
